PAYMENTS
If you can provide a UK guarantor, then payment may be made in 4 instalments.
DEPOSIT
There will be a deposit of £500 taken at the beginning of the tenancy. This is fully refundable less any deductions for damages.
RATES
Rates advertised are based on single occupancy. Double studios with couples have a couple’s supplement of £20 per week.
NO GUARANTOR?
If there is no UK guarantor, then ELS require the full payment upfront.
50 WEEKS
The contract is for 50 weeks, starting from 2nd September
APPLICATIONS
ELS will carry out a credit check on each applicant, which you will be required to pass, before being offered a tenancy
